Our scope of work included the installation of electrical service, power distribution, lighting, and data systems for 107 hotel rooms, as well as full electrical and lighting solutions for the pool and spa areas. We also provided all necessary power and lighting for interior and exterior amenities, ensuring seamless functionality and an exceptional guest experience throughout the property. The Home2 Suites by Hilton in Bettendorf, Iowa spans approximately 63,500 square feet across four stories, featuring 107 well-appointed guest rooms along with a range of upscale amenities. This project marks one of several successful collaborations between Rock River Electric and Frontier Hospitality Group—a relationship we deeply value.
